How Mariah Started in the Construction Industry: “My step dad had me working out on his jobs or in the barn for as long as I can remember. So it’s been a family tradition that I followed.”
What Mariah Loves Most About Her Job: “You always have a challenge, and it’s never the same day twice! Also, the people you meet along the way are amazing!”
What Does It Mean to Mariah to Be a Woman in the Construction Industry? “To me, working in the field means opening up avenues for the younger generations to follow. It means allowing females to be seen as equals.”
